Goals (of the unit):

Planningand organizing the needed facilities and appropriate educational and research programs to develop talented students
Providing the needed equipment and facilities and offering the needed educational and research services to develop talented students
Encouraging non-talented students to try harder so as to meet the requirements of being considered a talented student
Establishing the counseling committee at the office and holding meetings with the talented students so as to exchange ideas with them and receive feedbacks form themon the educational issues of the institute
Following up the removal of obstacles such as educational and welfare problems that may prevent or hamper the realization of the potentialities of the talented students
Holding educational programs such as workshops, computer classes, research method courses, etc. to help the talented students develop their knowledge and skills
Supporting the execution of research projects taken by the talented students
Supporting talented and gifted students who are not enrolled in the office of talented students
Following up and resolving the occasional problems that talented students may encounter
