The unit of scholarship activities

Educational activities comprise a major part of the responsibilities of universities and higher education institutes. Since educational activities are the main part of faculty members’ jobs, it is necessary to value and appreciate their efforts in this area. Innovative (scholarship) activities are defined as introducing novel and original solutions to solve problems, expanding the borders of knowledge, and entering new arenas in search of answersfor problems.These kinds of activities are quite valuable and important for the educational and research system of the university and supporting them is one of the main responsibilities of each academic system.

Goals of the unit:

• Analyzing and investigating the educational scholarship activities of faculty members
• Reporting the activities of the unit to the university’s committee of scholarship activities
• Proposing plans and strategies to expand and promote educational scholarship activities in the university
• Providing information and education on scholarship activities for the students and professors of the university
• Managing innovative activities of the students and professors
