Curriculum planning committee is one of the committees affiliated to ARUMS EDC. The tasks and responsibilities of this committee are as follows:

Evaluating and revising the strategic plan of the university’s EDC
Overseeing and directing the development of syllabus and curriculum designs by the educational departments
Cooperating in the design, implementation, revision, and evaluation of the curriculums
Planning and preparing instructions and guidelines to be followed in the institute in accordance with the educational regulations of the related ministry
Cooperating with the university’s schools and the vice-chancellery for education in the implementation oftheir evaluation programs
Analyzing and investigating educational processes in order to improve the quality of education in the institute
Overseeing and controlling the process of starting new majors and degree programs in the university
